IC100 series laser internal processing head，designd for increasing the functional layer or repairingthe missing dimension of the internal surface of various type of workpiece which can realize the minimum internal diameter of 100mm cladding processing. In the mold, hydraulic rod, valve and other types of workpiece has a very high application range, it can efficently increase the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and erosion resist-ance of the workpiece.
IC100 has a built-in powder path, cooling water and air path, and a highly integrated design that eliminates the need for external piping for a more stable and safe process.Unique cooling path allows for better heat transfer and reliable cooling for the proce-ssing optics.
