IC50 series laser internal processing head is specifically designed for repairing the Internal walls of workpieces with extremely small internal diameters or adding functional coatings. It can achieve laser cladding processing with a minimum internal diameter of 48.5 mm. It has very high application value in internal wall workpieces such as oil pip-elines, seawater pipelines,and ship pipelines, and can effectively improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and erosion resistance of workpieces.
The powder path, gas path, water path, and light path are all integrated inside the tube, make the laser head without external pipeline, can obtain more stable, safe processing process.
