The DFX4 multi-channel powder feeding cladding nozzle has an extremely precise structural design. Through multi-dimensional simulation and combined with the actual production testing process, this nozzle has excellent powder convergence and extremely high powder utilization rate, thus achieving excellent cladding effect.
This nozzle is specially designed and developed for laser cladding. It can realize the cladding process at multiple angles according to the change of the normal vector of the cladding workpiece. The powder has excellent stiffness and the powder focal length is about 13 mill-imeters. At the same time, multiple water-cooling interfaces are added to effectively ensure the stability of the long-term processing process.
